How to Enrol
We warmly welcome enquiries and centre tours. Our simple enrolment process is designed to make joining the Willow Tree family as smooth as possible:
2. Tour
Book a personalised tour of the centre to meet our educators and see our rooms.
3. Waitlist / Offer
Where a place is not immediately available, your child’s details are added to our waitlist in line with the Priority of Access Guidelines
4. Enrolment Form
Complete our enrolment and family information forms, including emergency contacts, authorised nominees and medical information.
5. Orientation
Attend one or more orientation visits to help your child settle in before their official start date.
6. Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
Link your enrolment through the Centrelink/myGov portal so your subsidy can be applied to your fees.
Fees & Child Care Subsidy
Our daily fee is $155 payable fortnightly in advance via direct debit. Most families are eligible for the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS), which reduces out-of-pocket costs based on combined family income, activity level and the type of care used. We recommend confirming your CCS eligibility via your myGov account linked to Centrelink prior to your child’s start date.
Required Documents
- Proof of age (birth certificate or passport)
- Immunisation History Statement from Australian Immunisation Register
- Custody or parenting order documentation (if applicable)
- Any relevant medical management plans (e.g. allergy, asthma, anaphylaxis) signed by a medical practitioner
- Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN) for both child and enroling parent/guardian, for Child Care Subsidy purposes

General
We care for children from birth to five years across our Nursery, Toddlers and Preschool rooms.
We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, closed on NSW public holidays.
Yes. We are approved under the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations and are regularly assessed against the National Quality Standard (NQS) by the NSW regulatory authority.

Availability varies by room and age group. Where a place isn’t immediately available, we’ll add your child to our waitlist and be in touch as soon as a place opens up.

A bag with spare clothes, sheets, a water bottle and nappies or formula if required.
Daily Routine & Curriculum
Our program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and delivered through play-based learning.
Yes — our Preschool room places particular emphasis on building the independence, early literacy and numeracy foundations, and social-emotional skills children need for a confident transition to future formal learning pathways.
Absolutely. Community is central to our philosophy, and children enjoy regular outdoor learning, walks, park visits, gardening and sensory experiences as part of their daily routine.
You wil receive daily updates, photos and learning stories shared via our digital learning platform, OWNA.
Health & Safety
Yes, all our educators hold relevant early childhood qualifications and current Working with Children Checks, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Nutrition
Yes. We take the guess work out of lunches. We provide nutritious meals and snacks, as part of a rotating menu.
Yes, we accommodate allergies and cultural, religious or medical dietary requirements — please provide details during enrolment so we can put the right supports in place.
Communication & Community
Of course. Families are always welcome to visit, and you’re welcome to call the centre at any time for an update.
We welcome family involvement through orientation visits, family events, feedback surveys and open conversations with your child’s educators about their learning and development. In addition to this, we host many community events that allow our Willow Tree family to build a village around them to navigate the joys and challenges that come with raising children.
